Mount Meru, 4 day climb
The same mountain at a gentler pace, with a shorter summit day
The same route as the three-day climb, but the descent is split over two days: after the summit you drop only as far as Miriakamba Hut and walk out the following morning.
Summit day on the three-day version is ten to twelve hours, most of it before dawn, and finishes with a full descent to the gate. Adding the fourth day removes about a third of that, which matters more than it sounds if you are climbing Kilimanjaro the week after and want to arrive rested rather than wrecked.
