For all new bookings made between 1 July 2020 and 31 December 2021 that are affected by COVID-related restrictions and complications, we commit to:

No cancellation fees and 100% refundable deposit 60 days before your travel date.
Deferring your trip with no penalties 60 days before your travel date.

This applies to all land portions and services/activities where applicable. Flights will depend on the fare class – your Tanzanian Safari Expert will consult you on this matter.

During 2020, we were heartened to witness over 90% of our clients deferring their trips as needed – a very important element in ensuring our partner lodges and camps continue their conservation efforts and support the communities in which they operate. They play a very important role in everything from managing anti-poaching programmes to employing people in regions where paying one person often means feeding ten.
